Guava leaves are a great leaf litter for vivarium, terrarium and aquariums. From invertebrates and small frogs on land, to betta, shrimp and fry under water guava leaves are a great hiding spot. They also make a delicious treat for your springtails and isopods.
Did you know, all parts of the guava tree are utilized? From the fruit which is eaten and used in many recipes to the wood and leaves which are used to bbq in Central America.
We recommend boiling the leaves for 1-3 minutes before adding them to your aquarium.
