These pods are thin, woody, and leaf-like. They are perfect for adding to leaf litter to add diversity and longevity.
Because they are rich in tannins and have antimicrobial properties, they serve as a beautiful and functional addition to an aquarium. We recommend boiling the pods for 30 minutes before adding them to your aquarium to ensure they are waterlogged enough to sink and have begun the initial release of tannins. Cool to room temperature before adding them to your aquarium.
