These pods from the purple-pod cluster-leaf (Terminalia prunioides), are a unique addition to any terrarium or aquarium.
In a terrarium, they make an interesting addition to leaf litter due to their texture and visual appeal.
Terminalia pods can also be used to create a leaf bottom in an aquarium. To do so we recommend boiling the pods before adding them to your aquarium to ensure they are waterlogged enough to sink. Cool to room temperature before adding them to your aquarium.
